Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or variation, please contact our support team for assistance.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect order sent by us
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a short period after placement before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
